Cheryl Madliger recently completed her masters in kinesiology at Western University in London, Ontario, where she analyzed the construction of fit femininity in CrossFit, an exercise philosophy and program as well as a competitive fitness sport. She intends to broaden her analysis by bringing in a critique of neoliberal subjectivity in the realm of CrossFit.
